Our Crich

East Midlands Freestyle provide relaxed, friendly and fun martial arts tuition to adults and children of all abilities. We offer various training programmes including an adults academy session, a non-contact children's programme and a fitness based boot-camp. We have training sessions around Derbyshire including Danesmoor, Newton, Stonebroom, Tibshelf and Tupton. Beginners are more than welcome to attend.
